As we look back over the last 3/4 of a century, we acknowledge and remember all the people and partnerships - notably local conservation districts and the Natural Resources Conservation Service - that were forged to accomplish the impossible. Agricultural stewardship has come a long, long way. Our partnerships have allowed us to create and perpetuate wonderful programs benefitting our most valuable natural resources in Idaho: the land, water and air. Without protecting and preserving these, there will be no tomorrow for future generations.
Our next 3/4 of a century will be even more exciting. We have learned from the past how to protect our future. I challenge us all to think ahead to the future, and not dwell on past achievements or past mistakes. Let's put all our resources together to look ahead. Let’s work together in Idaho’s oldest conservation movement and see a brighter future for all Idahoans.
