Rules

Idaho Legislature adjourned sine die on March 20th, 2020 without approving the pending fee rules, however, the rules submitted will remain in effect as temporary rules. A notice of temporary and proposed rulemaking will be forthcoming in April 2020. These temporary rules are effective as of sine die.
