Required 

In exchange for receipt of State General Funds, Districts are required by Statute and Rule to submit the following plans, requests, and reports to the Commission:

• A Five Year Plan
• A Financial Match Report
• An Annual Performance Report 

Optional

Districts may also submit an annual Unmet Budget Needs Hearing Request and formally request (subject to Commission capacity) hours of technical assistance. Below are prior years requests for allocations and quarterly field staff updates on awarded hours and deliverables in progress and completed.

• Unmet Budget Needs Hearing Requests (FY 2020 only – none submitted for FY 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Governor’s Direction to submit budget requests at a maintenance level)
