Guidance Documents

Guidance documents are NOT state law or rule, but agency interpretations of existing statutes and rules. They are meant to assist external stakeholders (ex. district employees, potential borrowers, etc.) to understand and comply with agency laws, rules, and policies. The Commission has three current guidance documents listed below (with their respective agency contacts).
