Under Idaho Code 22-2727 , and the Rules of the Idaho State Soil and Water Conservation Commission (Temporary and Pending Rule, 08/2020) in IDAPA 60.05.01.19, Conservation Districts “may be required to submit annually, 5-Year Plans, Financial and Match Reports, and Performance Reports.” It is the Commission’s traditional and current practice to require these documents be submitted annually to consistently apply the criteria to all Districts.
